Well today has been a long day. Lots of pain in my back, neck, arms, legs and hands. I would like to say its nice to get into bed but i know its going to be tossing and turning and constantly waking up.

Its my father in laws birthday tomorrow, I am looking forward to it but know I will be knackered by the end of it. Will let you know tomorrow how it goes.

Well as I said im knackered so im going to lay down now.
